What Do You Expect From Today? ⭐

For most of us, it's just another Wednesday. We expect today to look a lot like yesterday. We wake up, follow the same routine, think the same thoughts, feel the same emotions, and then wonder why tomorrow looks exactly like today.

But what are we signaling if we live from that level of autopilot? No expectation of something new means we get to be right.

It's easy to fall into routine. In fact, most of our lives are routine, and in many ways, routine serves us. It creates efficiency and certainty. Then one day we wake up at 40, 50, or 60 years old, or multiple years into business ownership and feel far from our goals, and we think what gives? I want more. I need something new or different. I need to do something different to create a new result, but the truth is, we don't need something different, we simply need to think new thoughts.

We were always free to think new thoughts. We just didn't. We weren't aware that our routines had programmed our mind and body into certain patterns of thinking, feeling, and acting.

Today, we create unconsciously from yesterday's programming, and because our external world is the physical creation of our internal state, today becomes another copy of yesterday, and we call that life.

Then we wonder why nothing changes. Why we're bored, frustrated, tired and sometimes even emotionally and financially broke.

But what if today we woke up from the program? What if before our feet hit the floor we declared:

IF ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE TODAY, WHAT WOULD I LOVE?

Then, instead of thinking OF that life, we lived FROM that life in our active imagination.

If "IT" had already happened...

How would we walk?

How would we talk?

How would we feel?

How would we show up?

The choice has always been ours.

So, who do we choose to be today?

What do we choose to believe is possible today?
