I've invested several hours this week recording 12 modules for what will become my signature retail course, soon to be available globally to the franchise industry. That in itself may not sound newsworthy. But the reason I'm sharing this is because of HOW the idea to pre-record modules to complement our bi-weekly coaching came about. Over the last two weeks, I shared with you that I had a huge elevation in my awareness. Since creating The Zee Suite, I was saying I am a coach — but in reality, I was primarily being a franchise consultant. It wasn't until my marketing company fired me for pushing them too hard that I stepped back and saw what was really happening. I realized how much force I was using to generate consulting leads, and I started asking myself why lead generation had suddenly become so difficult when it had never been this hard before. That’s when I saw the duality. I was saying one thing but being someone else. And when we live in that duality, we send a mixed signal — and life and business become very hard. So let me ask you something: Where do our results come from? What we say we want… or who we believe we are? The answer is clear. Who we believe we are., who we are being. This is exactly why so many of you elevated your closing ratios, average sales, and results so quickly during the 90-day pilot. When I taught you who to be, and you showed up as the one, magically — without additional training — your results improved dramatically and quickly. The external world is always reflecting our internal state. Always. Period. So, with this new realization that I was saying one thing but had not fully let go of my very comfortable and successful 24-year identity as a franchise consultant, I had to make a choice. And interestingly, the choice itself was not hard. I know what I want. I want to be a global coach inspiring our entire industry. But saying it and actually letting go of an identity that has fit me perfectly for 24 years… that part was harder.

Words are not just words. They are the womb of creation. You believe you are speaking words, but in truth, they are speaking you into existence. Words are blueprints sent directly into the heart of creation. Every word spoken as belief returns to you. It’s not what you ask for that shapes your life; it’s what you declare. What you inwardly accept as real. Declare with a quiet knowing. An inner voice. Don’t speak your circumstances. Speak your creation. Not “I am tired." Not “Nothing ever works.” Don’t describe your life because when you do, you are prescribing your life! Your words spoken with emotion are commands. Let that settle. You are always using this creative force. The only question is: are you using it consciously or unconsciously? The language of creation is identity. “I AM” is the most powerful phrase in the universe. “I am” is not followed by facts. It is followed by fate. Say it with fear and fear follows. Say it with confidence and the world shapes itself to match. Say it with love and love floods in. Most of us say, “I am,” and follow it with lack, limitation, disbelief — not because we want to, but because we were taught to. We were trained to be humble. Boldness in speech is called arrogance. But what we call arrogance, the universe calls clarity. The universe doesn’t listen to how loud you speak. It listens to how certain you are. Since last fall, I had been saying, “I cannot generate leads. I would think about generating leads, and it would feel so hard. So, of course, my outer world mirrored my inner conviction, and I was not generating any leads. On February 1, I decided to use what I know. (Yes, even the teacher has blind spots and doesn’t see her own ways until she does!) With @Briana Dyer encouraging me to "channel Kim Daly" and attract the leads, I decided to shoot for 12 leads in the month of February. I wrote:1.2.3.… all the way to 12 on a piece of paper, and I kept that paper beside my computer and phone all month.

Today I wrote down how my 2 sales appts were going to go- I would help the first client with his pantry and the second client with his pantry and corner cabinets. That’s almost exactly how today went and I sold both jobs :) 🙌🏻🥂

Life is a great adventure, and it is meant to be lived. This weekend, choose awareness. Slow down enough to observe, to notice the things that you normally are too busy to notice: the sunlight through the window, the way your pet curls up in their bed so perfectly perfect, the sounds in your still house. Break free from the minutia. Step outside your routine. Be spontaneous. Send someone a surprise gift and enjoy the anticipation of their delight. Take a walk and breathe in life. Look up at the sun… or the stars. Watch the hawks flying overhead. (My favorite thing to do!) Look for signs of life in the winter landscape. Sit in a quiet church and feel the energy of spirit. Light a candle with intention. Hold hands with someone you love. Make tea and read an interesting book. Watch a great movie and let yourself be moved. Observe without judgment. Experience without rushing. Be in the moment you are in. When you are fully present, everyday things shimmer. You laugh harder. You love deeper. You feel more. Your senses awaken. There is a freshness to being. A quiet magic woven into the ordinary. This is TRUE LIFE. Be aware. Be here. Enjoy your weekend in surrendered awareness of being, and watch how eager, playful and energized you feel.
