Lead Ads
For the past year, I've been working toward launching a reader magnet. And of course FB would change right as I'm launching it. So--here's what's happening. I set up the FB pixel. I'm using PixelMySite to insert the pixel. I'm using a MailerLite embedded form. In two days, I've had 9 signups on my WordPress website, but ZERO actions or results reported by FB. 66 outbound clicks for $15.51. (I doubt those signups are from social media, but that's a possibility.) I read that I'm supposed to insert html code to tell the pixel what page action is the trigger, and I have no way of doing that. The theme I'm using is an Elementor theme, and they block the header/footer edits unless you pay them a fortune. I could try the PRO (pay for) PixelMySite, but I'm not sure that would fix the problem. I don't want to send the FB lead directly to BookFunnel because I want the legal record of boxes checked on Mailerlite that the subscriber is (1) signing up for my newsletter, (2) understands their data is processed in the US, & (3) that they are over 18 (I use 3 separate boxes). Is there a video or help you can provide on how to make the FB pixel work properly on a WordPress website with a Mailerlite embedded form? Or should the pixel be added to the Mailerlite embedded form? Is that my mistake? Please and thank you!
4 Pillars - Great Presentation - Spreadsheet question
Really enjoyed 4 Pillars. Question: do you have an updated read-thru spreadsheet where we can include print sales in addition to ebook sales? Please and thank you!

New Lead Ad
With Evan's update to StoryOrigin, I just put up a new lead ad. $5 per day. When I clicked publish, FB said, "Increase your ad budget to get results. Increase to $7 per day to get 1 result per day." Is it really telling me that I'll get zero results for $5? @Malorie Cooper @Jill Cooper
Kindle daily deals
I’ve had confirmation I’ve got a UK kindle deal for 99c for all of June and it’s on my first in series. It’s the main one I advertise and my reel ad is currently dying so I’m about to toss up so new ad creative and get a new one going in the uk (my us ad is hanging on by its teeth). But I wondered what people’s experience was of running ads to a discounted book on a kindle deal? Worth funneling budget to if the ad is hitting well or worth leaving for Amazon to do its bit?
