Kindle Translate Beta
Anyone else get an invitation to this? Looks like it’s just English to Spanish and German to English. I can use the English to Spanish well enough. Not sure how much need there’s going to be for German to English; the other way would be great but I’ve already translated all my books to German through Scribe Shadow (great service btw).
Not sure how this will work for publishing on the amazon.sp store. I think (judging by what Perplexity tells me) my books get translated into Spanish on the .com store and then there is a button added to the product page for Spanish. I don’t know yet what happens with covers but I assume I’ll need new covers for the Spanish version. I’ll let you know when I know, or if you know, tell me in the comments, please.
(Yes, I know ChatGPT misspelled Translation on the cartoon; I tried three times but our AI overlords struggle with spelling still. To be fair, words are hard).
