New AI classroom!
You may remember our favorite whale reader Dana Sacco (from Lunch with Mal and some of you may have bought her Whale Reader reports). Well, she's my AI go to guru and she finally decided to open up a Skool classroom and you can join for Free! Where writers learn simple, magical AI systems to write better, faster, and without the overwhelm. Your story just got easier. 🤖You'll learn how to create a codex and outline with AI 🤖How to modify a codex using AI if you already have one 🤖And later she'll teach AI cover design + prompts 🤖How to use AI to make your books into Audiobooks for Youtube 🤖And novel crafter essentials! If you're ready to join hit up this link! ➟➟https://www.skool.com/ai-writing-easy-af/about?ref=4fadcf87df884a2182779d78ff86ce61 We hope to see you over there!

Well this is an easy yes. P.S. @Jill Cooper I loved your classes on using Novel Crafter and you’re the reason I bought it. I think I’ve written 3 books with it so far.
Where do you write?
Is there a local coffee shop you love? Here is ours! Pics please!

I don’t write here, but here is a picture of Jolly Rogers in Sosua, Dominican Republic. I’m hiding out from a rain fall drinking a post workout coffee, street watching.

@Jill Cooper We moved down two months ago with our daughter and a cat. That’s why I’ve been off the grid for a while so to speak, but I’m back at it now.
I think the AI spambot is drunk
This is the first paragraph from an unsolicited attempt to get me to give strangers money for nothing: Hi William Stacey, I’m Ogletree Eisenhower curator of a private, invitation-only reading circle for authors whose work doesn’t simply entertain…it resonates, lingers, and stays in mind long after the final page. “Ogletree Eisenhower”; that’s some Robert Jordan-wheel-of-time-bizarre-name stuff right there.
Question, Friends!
Hello Authors and Friends! If I were to post more classrooms on teaching AI for writing, images, and marketing, do you think it should be in Storyteller Lab (here) or should it be separated out into it's own separate Skool classroom? I don't want to turn anyone off from Storyteller Lab if AI is not welcome but I don't want to make you signup for another Skool platform, either. Please vote here so we can see how everyone feels!

I think those who are against AI will not want you to talk about it anywhere at all, ever. Let them eat poop. I would love to see some training on using AI to help with dictating. I’m trying to combine walking with dictating chapters but it’s rough. I’m currently using Mac Whisper but it doesn’t always work perfectly.
AI written ad spamming for book trailers
Anyone else running a bunch of ads and seeing a constant deluge of emails from fake book clubs wanting to “feature” your book on their scheduled book talk. It’s clearly AI driven because there’s just enough details from the amazon product description to tie the book to me. What I don’t know is how they’re connecting my author email address with the books I’m selling. Clearly the AI is doing this in a mass manner, hitting as many authors as possible with just enough authentic book details to make it look real Obviously, I’ve deleted all of these fakes without responding. AI can make us more productive, but it also makes the scammers more productive. Le sigh. A new world.
