Burnout isn’t a weakness it’s your body calling for change. When your output has been higher than your recovery for too long, burnout steps in to protect you. Burnout happens when you’ve pushed beyond your emotional, physical, or mental limits. Understanding this helps you rebuild with intention instead of guilt. If you’ve lost motivation, energy, clarity, and connection you’re not broken you're burnt out and the good news is that burnout is reversible with the right guidance.
