Facebook Messenger Anyone?

I know we all may spend more time on social media than we would like to. The good news is, it's not just for doom scrolling! 😂

Our very first self storage facility came through a wholesale deal.

How did that wholesaler find the deal you may ask?

He sent a simple FB message to the facility page asking if they had considered selling. That's all..

The owners had just been talking about what they should do with the facility as it needed a ton of work and was being run more like a hobby than a business.

So this message arrived at just the right time!

Here is what you can do...

Search FB for [town/city name] Self Storage. Then pull up all of the pages (not groups).

Then you can copy and past the same message to every facility on that list..

Something like this:

"Hi there. Just curious if you have ever considered selling your storage facility at some point? We own Chapin Storage Co. here in Kingsland and are looking to expand close to home. Thank you for your time! Shane [phone number]

Quick and easy..

Nothing bad will happen!
