🎥 Today’s Trick: Seal Stretch
Easy Version: Legs stay on the ground
Hard Version: Toes touch head
👩‍🏫 How to Teach It:
Start your grown-up:
  • Lying on their stomach
  • Hands by their ribs, palms down
  • Legs extended behind them, slightly apart for low back space
  • Fingers spread wide, facing forward
Then guide them like this:
  1. Cue them to look up and open their neck
  2. Slowly roll up into the seal stretch — in 8 counts
  3. Hold at the top for 8 counts
  4. Roll down slowly — in 8 counts
  5. Finish in Child’s Pose
🤲 Spotting Tips:
  • Gently press their shoulders back to support the stretch
  • Encourage a lifted chest
  • Make sure they don’t sink into their low back
  • Knees and legs can be apart to create more space
  • Keep it safe, slow, and supported
