2026 Goals Check In
Welcome to April, friends! This is the perfect time to reflect on your first quarter of 2026! - What small wins have you accomplished so far this year? - What makes these small wins important to you? - What big goal are your small wins related to? I'll start and give you examples below: - One of my big goals for 2026 is to read 52 books this year. I know, sounds like a big goal. BUT, I have broken down this goal to daily micro-goals. To accomplish this goal, here's what I Do: ~ I dedicate the very first two hours of my day to reading. First, the Bible (as that's another goal). Then, a book related to my fields of study. If an hour sounds like a lot, you can always break it down to 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening. Also, to FIT this goal in, I chose to cut some things out. I cut out watching tv, movies, television series, etc. to ensure I make time for my goal. I ensure that before I do any of these ... my daily reading is DONE. Surprisingly, I haven't actually cared to watch tv... so I haven't. And in this time, I have officially FINISHED READING 21 books so far. It's become a bit of a healthy addiction. The truth is, we can do anything we set our minds to do ... and DO! I was tired of my own excuses that I didn't have enough time. I made the time. And I'm glad I did. If you have a BIG GOAL that feels BIG ... don't worry about the BIG part. Break it down into daily actions that you can work toward each day. In this, you are working toward a goal AND creating new, healthy habits. What BIG GOAL do you have for yourself for 2026? What small, daily actions can you take to make this goal happen? Think small to accomplish big! You CAN do anything you REALLY WANT TO DO!

Goals for Q 1
I used to think resilience meant pushing through no matter what.
But over time I’ve realised… a lot of what we call “resilience” is actually just learning how to stay connected to yourself while things are hard. Because you can push through anything for a while…but if you’re constantly overriding yourself, it eventually catches up. Real resilience, for me, has started to look more like:staying steady, aware, and honest with yourself even in pressure not just forcing your way through it Curious… When things get tough for you, do you tend to push harder… or stay connected to yourself?
