Hello 🤗
My name is Lily and I am virtual therapist from DFW, Texas. I am married and have 3 fur babies. I love to cook, listen to music, sing, knit, color, and practice herbal medicine. I opened my private practice Fowler Counseling in May 2025. I specialize in working with low income and marginalized communities. I empower clients to define their version of personal success so they can foster and maintain healthy relationships with their self and others. I practice from a trauma-informed, affirming lens using Emotionally Focused Therapy. I am so excited to be a part of the community and forge lasting connections.
