If I bite it, I write it!
I'm feeling proud that I tracked everything I ate to the best of my ability in my Cronometer app. Some things I had to make my best guess when I didn't have an exact value. I was honest with myself. There was birthday cake, and appetizers our friends ordered that I didn't plan on when we went out Friday night. LIFE HAPPENS. I didn't drink so my inhibitions weren't compromised. I enjoyed the hell out of a few chicken wings and moved on. Im still down a pound this second week which is a reasonable amount to lose being 50, female and not starving. 😀 Here's to kicking week 3's butt! 🤩
