Almost 10% body fat % in 2.5 weeks!? That’s insane! I play pickleball everyday for anlmost 2 hours a day or more and eat pretty well and only lost 16lbs so far… Really curious to how these guys are losing soo much! Only thing I can think of is some of their weight they are losing is water weight.. idk, I don’t have any “water weight” to lose. Been losing weight since January 15th…
