Tuesday Motivation!
Happy Tuesday, Jump Rope Club! I'm making this post because, like most of us, it can be tough to stick to the goals we set for ourselves. That goal can be simple, like building a consistent workout habit, or something grandiose (like trying to build and grow a jump rope community). Something that helps me stick to the bigger picture is imagining the seasons. There's an internet personality that I listen to frequently, and he talks about a season of focus, and a season of balance. He said, "if you obsess in the season of focus, you can benefit from the season of balance" If you guys have any tips for staying focused on a goal, please share in the comments! You never know, you could have an answer or quote that changes somebody's life :) Have an awesome Tuesday JRC, looking forward to the results!
