In this 10-minute session, we combine foundational jump rope with simple yoga flows to help you move better, feel lighter, and build real conditioning without burning out. You’ll go back and forth between rope rounds and controlled yoga positions to improve: - Coordination - Mobility - Balance - Endurance No fancy tricks. No pressure. Just rhythm, breath, and movement.
