So many women out there are being told their blood work is normal and being sent away feeling unsupported and frustrated. The truth is....perimenopause can not be "diagnosed" with blood work. Its determined through symptoms, your blood wont show anything until later in perimenopause. And the fact that doctors are dont know this or just aren't telling women hurts my heart. Also. Let’s get away from the word "diagnose" because there is nothing to "diagnose" this sint a disease, a sickness or something to cure. This is a beautiful transitional part of life that women have been told to fear and hate because of how our mothers and grandmother's before us were told to "push through" and clever given real support. So they suffered in silence through the brainfog, hot flashes, emotional waves, weight gain, change in sex life etc. This doesn't have to be your story... Im cohosting a FREE 2-day event for women who are tired of guessing, Googling, and wondering what’s normal — and ready for honest, grounded conversations about what’s actually happening. This isn’t a lecture. It’s not a medical seminar. And it’s definitely not a “just relax” kind of space.
