One of the things that surprises people the most is when they realize how synced my life is to my cycle and changing energy.
My workouts
My business
My schedule
Social plans.
Even the way I structure my weeks.
And over the years I’ve had women say things like:“That’s amazing. I would love to live like that.”
I’ve even had another menopause coach say to me:“You are completely thriving in peri-menopause.”
And honestly… the reason I’m sharing this isn’t because I have everything figured out.
It’s because there’s a reason things shifted so much for me.
Tracking.
Understanding my patterns. Understanding my energy. Understanding when my body is asking for more… and when it’s asking for less.
(And yes, I do support myself with supplements as well, but hormonal support isn’t the be-all and end-all.)
My personal tracking method, The Cycle Compass, became the root of everything I teach and how I support women through peri-menopause.
Because while I talk a lot about pausing, reconnecting to yourself, and listening to your body…
the truth is:it’s very hard to listen to yourself when you don’t yet understand your rhythms.
