Menstrual Monday - Nourish Yourself
The holiday hasn't quite begun —But you can probably already feel it starting in your body.
The mental list.The pressure to create magic. The quiet hum of “holding it all.”
And maybe, just under the surface…that soft ache for stillness.
No advice here. No to-do list.Just a gentle reminder:
There’s a space being prepared for you on the other side of all this.
A few days where you don’t have to perform, produce, or hold it all together.A space to reconnect with you — your rhythm, your breath, your body.
I’ll share more soon .But for now, just know this:
You’re allowed to be held, too. Not just needed. Nourished.
And in the meantime…please don’t forget to nourish you over the holidays, too.
For me, that looks like curling up with a cup of tea and a good book at night — no pressure, no screens, just something to help me slow down and soften before sleep.
