Lunar Yoga : Day 1 and 2
I did the first two sessions yesterday and today, and I’m absolutely amazed:)
Both mornings, I had menstrual cramps, but they completely disappeared during the yoga practice. Yesterday, they didn’t come back at all, and today they returned later but were much milder.
I really love how Emmie repeats "release" at just the right moments. I can truly feel how this phase is all about letting go of everything from the past cycle that no longer serves me.
Since my flow is quite heavy, I’m wondering—would it be better to repeat Day 1 or 2 tomorrow, or should I move on to the transitional Day 3?
