Lunar Yoga - spring
I just wanted to say that I really like the spring part of lunar yoga. It's perfect balance of gentle but firm sequences that wake up my body. Fay 10 is a pure gem😍
Moon Yoga - day 1 & 2 for the second time
My last cycle was a bit short and I'm already on my new round of Moon Yoga. And you know what? Day 1 and Day 2 of the program works like magic for me - it totally stopped my cramps. Again:) I think that I'll be doing at least this part of Lunar program forever🤗
Lunar Yoga autumn
Hi:) After catching a nasty virus that had me stuck in bed, I'm finally back on track with my training. Day 18 – Resistance was pure gold. My body really needed it, and I felt amazing afterwards. Day 19 was great too, but I could already feel a bit of tiredness creeping in. For Day 20, I chose the Ashtanga Flow from the bonus program. It was tough—I had to take a few child’s poses in between. Not sure why, but I’ve noticed that all the flow trainings feel hard for me. I consider myself relatively fit and strong, but when it comes to flow, I’m quickly out of breath.Or maybe it’s just that time in my cycle when my energy is starting to drop...? Then came a rest day – yay! My energy yesterday was super low. All I wanted was some peace and quiet, which I didn’t really get because I had so many errands to run.Still, I’m tracking my energy levels throughout this cycle, and I’ll try to schedule more me-time in the next one. Today I still need to do my workout. I’ll try the Moon Flow this time. Can’t wait to see if I’ll be able to follow it all the way through or if I’ll need some breaks during the session.
Lunar Yoga: Days 3-7
Day 3 was really enjoyable, and I actually did it twice (on two consecutive days). On Day 4, when I was supposed to start the "spring" videos, I felt completely exhausted and definitely not spring-like, so I decided to repeat Day 3 instead. :) In the following days, I started feeling much better and Days 4 and 5 felt really good. On the designated rest day, I truly took a break—well, except for the daily fitness routine that every mom of a two-year-old does when carrying their child back and forth all day. (Or is it just mine who constantly wants to be held? 😅) And then came Day 7. This was the first session that felt a bit more intense—at least for me. At one point, I actually wondered if I was doing fitness or yoga! (Apologies for my lack of knowledge; I'm pretty much a yoga beginner and have only practiced Hatha yoga so far. 🙃) It was more challenging than expected, but also energizing. Surprisingly, I had A LOT of energy afterward!🔥 So far, I'm really happy with the program. I can't quite put it into words, but it feels like it completes me—it gives me rest when I need it and "pushes" me to move and gain energy when I need that. Loving it!❤
Lunar Yoga : Day 1 and 2
I did the first two sessions yesterday and today, and I’m absolutely amazed:) Both mornings, I had menstrual cramps, but they completely disappeared during the yoga practice. Yesterday, they didn’t come back at all, and today they returned later but were much milder. I really love how Emmie repeats "release" at just the right moments. I can truly feel how this phase is all about letting go of everything from the past cycle that no longer serves me. Since my flow is quite heavy, I’m wondering—would it be better to repeat Day 1 or 2 tomorrow, or should I move on to the transitional Day 3?
