As many know I've gone through the program once already. Today I'm day 9 of my cycle and I'm nearing thr end of spring and moving into summer. My cycle is shorter so im probably more likely already in summer. I had loads of energy this morning so i decided to do a heavy chest lifting workout and core. I skipped the hiit as I dont love cardio to begin with but it felt great! This program has educated me and gives me the empowerment to make the right choices about my body. At the end of the workout I did a few sun salutation flows as well to continue to commit to my practice. Happy hump day! 🐫
