After really struggling with days 8-9, day 10, whilst challenging, felt good and at the right level for me. Looking forward to day 11!

Knowing your seasons
As many know I've gone through the program once already. Today I'm day 9 of my cycle and I'm nearing thr end of spring and moving into summer. My cycle is shorter so im probably more likely already in summer. I had loads of energy this morning so i decided to do a heavy chest lifting workout and core. I skipped the hiit as I dont love cardio to begin with but it felt great! This program has educated me and gives me the empowerment to make the right choices about my body. At the end of the workout I did a few sun salutation flows as well to continue to commit to my practice. Happy hump day! 🐫

Lunar Yoga : Day 1 and 2
I did the first two sessions yesterday and today, and I’m absolutely amazed:) Both mornings, I had menstrual cramps, but they completely disappeared during the yoga practice. Yesterday, they didn’t come back at all, and today they returned later but were much milder. I really love how Emmie repeats "release" at just the right moments. I can truly feel how this phase is all about letting go of everything from the past cycle that no longer serves me. Since my flow is quite heavy, I’m wonderingβ€”would it be better to repeat Day 1 or 2 tomorrow, or should I move on to the transitional Day 3?

You're doing amazing. This is a great way to start the program dive right in! I did a full cycle. You will love it!

Yoga test group
Just made a full cycle with the cycle synch yoga program. It's amazing how in tune these workouts are for how you are feeling. Since my flow started week ago the first few days having restorative workouts matching during that timing are what I needed as as my flow lightened and my energy increased, so did the practice. I really appreciate all the hard work put into this practice to help me feel empowered during what can be an emotional Rollercoaster. The program is for all levels! You don't need to be a seasoned yogi as there are always alternatives to the moves to fit your fitness levels.
