for coming to last night's ManOS call even when he was experiencing resistance. He showed up anyways.

This is what The Expanse is all about. No one shamed him for being late, we were simply grateful he came. Presence over Performance. That's what this container is all about. We don't need you to be at the 'top of your game' we don't need you to 'have your shit together', we don't need you to 'be on your A game' we welcome you as you are.
