Hard to tell in the photos but I have a Nanlite 720b bouncing off a 5ft umbrella through that 8x8 1/4 grid cloth and a 720b through a spotlight mount on the background. We also let some light bleed on her hands to sell a harsher light effect. You can see the cloth pulled up off the table in the photo. This is a go-to setup for me.
