You mentioned you have your own van full of grip gear and more. What items would you list that would be essential for building out your own small grip/camera truck? I have been talking to my wife about buying a van to use for shoots but honestly I dont know what all I should pack in it besides all my camera/ lens gear and accessories that go along with it. For lighting what all would you suggest or what other things would you think of that would be ideal to bring that would make your life easier on set?

Check out the map feature and you can find other people to connect with in your area. Pretty sick feature.

How do you go about connecting with the people on the map? I only see dots but there doesnt seem to be anywhere to click to get more information.

A setup from last year.
Hard to tell in the photos but I have a Nanlite 720b bouncing off a 5ft umbrella through that 8x8 1/4 grid cloth and a 720b through a spotlight mount on the background. We also let some light bleed on her hands to sell a harsher light effect. You can see the cloth pulled up off the table in the photo. This is a go-to setup for me.
