Ladies, what keeps you from signing up for a " 1 week sugar challenge"?
We've got a free one in PhatKat Fitness
but it's not ur typical sugar challenge...
It's stupid easy. I mean STUPID easy.
But I know there are a lot of reasons someone would be hesitant to start it
