Connected with a lady on a facebook group that is doing some GoHigh Level automation for me free of charge on adds in return for reviews (new to business) This will help with my D2V leads!
Built a really good relationship with a Keller Williams agent and we have been in contact the last 4 weeks - she again has given me some really good advise and contacts that can help.
Done some outreach on Facebook groups to investors. Whatsapp group has gone from 8 to 18 (done about 100 messages 😅). After Mondays session reached out the investors with packs and have a couple of investors booked in a follow up. Even though haven't got my first deal yet Ive been using other fully compliant deal sourcers deals that would be happy to co-source and putting in the group after a few weeks of radio silences.
I wouldn't say a hugely proactive week to be honestly. I've done alot of scrolling through rightmove but looking forward to Sunday setting goals and going again!
