Landlords in London or around the M25
Hi all, I went to the Investor show on Saturday and it was really useful to get talking to alot of companies. 1 key messages taken away - theres more to our job than just sourcing!
I had a really good conversation with a company that are crying out for landlords in London and around the M25 for social housing. For landlords that want hands off management for 3-5 years and gauntreed rent its a no brainer!!
Plus they are happy to pay sourcers (a pretty good fee too!) if you introduce a landlord to them and they agree to a contract. If anyone knows any London landlords or around the M25 please get in touch and I can send you on the details 🙂
