I’m Mario
Hi everyone, I’m Mario.
Really pleased to be here and excited to be one of the first members in the DPN community.
My main goal is to build my own property portfolio through buying distressed properties, refurbishing them, refinancing, and holding them as rentals for long-term cash flow. I’m also keen to strengthen my knowledge around deal packaging, sourcing, investor relationships, and spotting opportunities that can be structured properly.
Right now I’m focused on putting the right foundations in place, building local agent relationships, and getting fully immersed in the process day to day.
Looking forward to learning from the group, being part of the journey from the beginning, and contributing where I can as things grow.🤑
