holiday let already
Hi sam, ive come across another property that is running as holiday let at the min, and ready to retire it has a fishing lake planing for 11 caravan plot as well i will send you the link here,
i work in a travel grouop and know people would want sometihng like this, for groups its running as adult only,at the min, i would want a games room and a hot tub putting in, ive found an invester that would but have the money in to receive a regular income already , just wanted to know the best way to proceed? maybe agree a lease option?
