Question for anyone who used Chat GPT to map/refine a workflow process in their firm – any pointers you can give? Would an agent mode be better in this case?

Hi, how and where do I access the famed prompt library?

A small group is planning to roll out AI use to our entire team (70 people in the firm). For some this will be their first interaction with AI while others are experienced users. As part of the introduction, I was hoping to provide a cheat sheet of terminology and definitions so that everyone has the same base level of understanding when we say "prompt" or "agent" or "LLM" Has anyone created something they can share? I know I can ask Chat to do this and potentially will but wanted to start with the community.

I’ve got multiple projects on the go, but I’m finding that I am starting some prompts within projects with templated text if I am doing a repeating task. Can these templates be uploaded to the project in the form of a Word doc (as an example) so I can just reference the document in a post?
