🎉 Brand-new Canvas & Dashboard Course Drops Tomorrow… are you ready?
Let me explain… over the last few days I’ve been quietly building one of the most practical, hands-on mini-courses I’ve ever created — all about Canvas and how to use it properly inside ChatGPT. So what does this mean for you? If you’re only using Canvas for simple writing, you’re missing out. Canvas is so much more powerful than most people realise… it’s one of the biggest hidden productivity tools inside ChatGPT. Tomorrow, I’m releasing the full course, and here’s a little preview of what you'll discover: • How to open, name, navigate and organise multiple canvases the right way (so nothing gets lost) • How to edit with precision — highlight a paragraph, ask for changes, and ChatGPT updates just that section without touching anything else • How to build interactive dashboards inside Canvas, even if you’re not a coder — truly one of the most exciting features for accountants and bookkeepers (this is for AI Academy members only) • How to run multi-step workflows, create long-form documents, and move between chapters seamlessly • Power formatting, learning mode, and smart rewrite tools you’ve probably never used before And that’s just the start… this course goes deep. So… are you excited for this one? And be honest — have you been using Canvas to its full extent yet? 👇 Tell me in the comments.

💬 Group Chats Are Coming to ChatGPT!
OpenAI has just announced a brand-new feature — Group Chats — letting you bring multiple people (and ChatGPT) into the same conversation. You’ll be able to plan trips, make decisions, and collaborate on projects together while ChatGPT helps summarise, search, and generate — all in one shared chat. It’s currently being piloted in New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan, with wider rollout expected soon. 💡 This reminds me — you can also share Projects in ChatGPT now, which is incredibly useful in theory… but there’s still one frustrating limitation: if your project includes a Canvas, anyone you share it with can’t access it. It makes me wonder — when Group Chats roll out more widely, will we face the same limitation there too? 👉 What do you think? Would you use shared projects or group chats in your firm — and what would make them more useful for you?

🚀 GPT-5.1 Has Arrived — Smarter, Faster, and More Natural
OpenAI just released GPT-5.1, and they say it's a solid upgrade to both Instant and Thinking modes inside ChatGPT. Here’s what’s new 👇 🧠 Smarter, more conversational answers - GPT-5.1 Instant now uses light adaptive reasoning — handling tougher questions while still staying quick. - GPT-5.1 Thinking adapts its thinking time better for complex tasks and gives clearer, less “techy” responses. - Auto mode continues to route queries to whichever version performs best for your request. 🎨 Better tone and personalization controls - New tone presets: Default, Friendly, Efficient, Professional, Candid, and Quirky (plus Cynical and Nerdy still available). - You can now fine-tune how concise, warm, or emoji-filled responses are. - Updates to your Personalization settings now apply instantly across all chats — even existing ones. 📢 GPT-5.1 is rolling out first to Pro, Plus, Go, and Business users, with Free users to follow soon. I have it in my Business account today. 👉 Have you tried GPT-5.1 yet? What do you think — is it actually smarter and more natural in your chats? And have you used any of the personalization controls?
🆕 New ChatGPT Feature: You Can Now Interrupt Long Queries
OpenAI has just rolled out a really useful update — and it’s one that’ll save you a lot of time when working on big, complex tasks. You can now interrupt long-running queries (like deep research or GPT-5 Pro reasoning) without losing progress. 💡 For example… imagine you’re asking ChatGPT to research the perfect bookshelf. Halfway through, you remember your wall is only 72" wide and you can’t drill into it. Instead of restarting, you can now click “Update” in the sidebar, add your new info, and ChatGPT will instantly adjust its answer. It’s a small change, but a really smart one — especially for anyone who uses deep research, business analysis, or long-running prompts. 👉 Have you noticed this feature yet? How do you think it’ll help your workflow?
