Clones and on boarding automation

Hi all. I am currently working full time for someone else and am looking at starting my own practice. For this reason I am looking at creating a clone of my self to handle the marketing and sales calls as I can not fill this roll at this stage due to full time employment. The clone should be able to manage the full marketing function as well as sales calls and the on boarding process. The "real person" will only get involved once the client is on boarded and the engagement letter is signed.

I do not know if this is possible yet. Any suggestions, advice or help will be greatly appreciated
