📂 ChatGPT Now Has a Proper File Library
Ever uploaded a document to ChatGPT and then spent 10 minutes trying to find it again three days later? OpenAI quietly introduced a Library feature back in March 2026 ... and it's now available to all users, including free accounts. It solves one of the most annoying things about ChatGPT. Here's how it works. Every file you upload to ChatGPT ... PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, presentations, images ... gets saved automatically to your Library. Same goes for any files ChatGPT creates for you, including generated images. The useful bit is you can pull any saved file back into a new chat. Just use the attachment menu and choose "Add from library." No more scrolling through months of old conversations. A few things worth knowing: - Your chats are NOT stored in Library ... it's purely for files - Memories are separate too ... Library doesn't touch those - Project files live in their own space inside Projects - Deleting a chat doesn't delete the files you uploaded ... they stay in Library until you remove them Storage depends on your plan. Free gets 500MB. Plus and Business get 20GB. Pro gets 100GB. My honest take? It sounds small but it changes how you work. If you're regularly uploading client templates, engagement letters, or reference documents ... you only need to upload them once. Then reuse them across any conversation. Having said that, I prefer to keep important files that I want to be referenced often as 'project files'. And I find myself now working mainly inside Codex (ChatGPT) and Cowork. Have you spotted the Library in your ChatGPT yet? Are you using it? 👇

@Mark Wickersham Here are the ones it came up with. Some are not bad. Again all based on real images but made better.

🤖 Google Just Announced a 24/7 Personal AI Agent ... and It Works While You Sleep
Last week at Google I/O, they announced something called Gemini Spark ... and this one is worth paying attention to. Spark is a personal AI agent that lives inside the Gemini app. But unlike a normal chatbot, it doesn't stop when you close your laptop. You give it a task, and it keeps working in the background ... even when your computer is off. Here's what caught my eye: - It connects directly to Gmail, Docs, and Slides ... so it can actually read your emails, summarise threads, and pull out deadlines without you doing anything - You can set it to do recurring tasks ... like checking your inbox for something specific every day or flagging overdue items - It asks permission before doing anything high-stakes like sending an email or spending money - It's rolling out to Google AI Ultra subscribers in the US first, with a desktop version coming this summer My honest take? This is where AI is heading. Not just answering questions when you ask ... but doing things for you in the background, on a schedule, across your apps. For accountants using Google Workspace, that's a big deal. We're still early days, but this is the kind of shift that will change how firms work over the next year or two. Have you tried any AI agents that actually do tasks for you (not just answer questions)? Or does the idea of AI working in the background make you nervous? I'd love to hear your take 👇

I could see using this to organize and file emails for me. Flag me of important emails I am waiting for etc. Exciting times
🎨 Claude Design: I Built an eBook and Landing Page in Minutes
Four days ago, Anthropic released something that completely blew me away. It's called Claude Design. And it solved a problem I've been struggling with for weeks. I'm not a designer. Never have been. But I needed a beautiful eBook and a landing page for it... and everything I'd tried felt clunky or took too long. In the video I show you: • How Claude Design works (it's at claude.ai/design, separate from the main app) • How to upload your brand style guide, logos, and colours to create a design system • How it created a complete, beautifully designed eBook from just my copy • How I then created a matching landing page in the same session • How I exported everything and built the live page in Lovable using vibe coding The design quality genuinely shocked me. This isn't basic template stuff... it's proper, professional design that respects your brand guidelines. You only set up the design system once. After that, it knows your fonts, colours, gradients, logos... everything. Then you just tell it what to create. My honest take? This is the best AI design tool I've used. Better than anything I've tried in Canva for this kind of work. And it's fast... the eBook took about 10 minutes, most of which was Claude thinking while I got a coffee. The video is below 👇 (It's on my YouTube Channel. Please support the channel with a Like, Subscribe and Comment 🙏) Have you tried Claude Design yet? What would you create first? P.S. If you want to check it out (or even get the eBook) click here

I am looking forward to trying this one.
What is your favourite Claude tool?
2026 has been extraordinary (so far)... and Anthropic are building something astonishing. They have launched so many new tools it's hard to know which one to learn first. So let's help each other... Which is your favourite (if you could only have one), and in the comments 👇 say why. And if you're not using Claude, why not? What's stopping you?

🚀 This Dashboard Could Change How You Deliver Advisory
Let me ask you something… What if you could build an interactive financial dashboard for your business, or a client in minutes… not hours? I’ve just recorded a short video showing what this looks like in practice… and why it matters for accountants and bookkeepers who want to deliver better advisory. Here’s what I cover in the video: • What an interactive client dashboard can look like (with real financial insight, not just pretty charts) • How you can turn financial statements into something clients actually understand • Why this kind of output can lead to better client meetings and better decisions If you want to stay ahead of where advisory is heading… watch this now. 👉 Click the link here to book your place on the webinar (where I’ll go into the full step by step). And comment below: 💬 If you could wave a magic wand… what would you want your perfect client dashboard to show?
