Letting Go of 2025
No really—pause and answer that. Every year people talk about goals. About becoming someone new. But not enough people talk about how heavy it is to drag old energy into a fresh year and pretend it’s gone just because January showed up. With 2025 being a 9 year in numerology, this isn’t really about new beginnings. It’s about endings—with a capital E. Closure, release, integration. Or as I like to call it: cleaning out the psychic junk drawer before you renovate the house. So if things feel slow, unfinished, or like you're more in “identity declutter” mode than shiny new vision board energy, nothing’s wrong with you. In fact, you're probably right on time. Here’s the vibe of a 9 year:Think closure.Wrapping things up.Clearing clutter—physically, emotionally, even spiritually. Finally letting go of roles or projects that don’t fit anymore.Finishing what’s been hanging in the background so you can actually start clean next cycle. You’re not behind. You just might be in the work of completion, not creation. If you want to use this last stretch of the year with intention, ask: - Is this habit or belief still helping me? - Does this project, commitment, or relationship fit who I’m becoming? - What am I tired of holding—even if I’ve learned how to carry it? And if you need a baby step, start small. One drawer. One email folder. One story you’re done repeating. One thing off your list from 2025 that’s still trying to get your attention. Here’s how I’m handling this season — because I’m not above needing structure either: I’m in this 4-week New Year Portal with a psychic medium, where we’re literally reviewing what comes with me… and what needs to be finished, for real. It’s been part soul work, part energetic sweep. I’m also letting my guides show me which projects need to end gently, and which ones just need more courage. Oh, and Ben Carroll’s healing music is basically the background soundtrack of my nervous system right now. Strongly recommend. If you want some prompts to help you sort through what to finish vs. what to let go of, try these:

Ho-oponopono Prayer
Welcome!
This space is a safe haven to rediscover who you are. To explore the conditioning you've received throughout this lifetime and work to dismantle it. I'll share reflections, teachings, practices, and tools related to various topics. Fear, Worthiness, Value, Self-love, and Self-esteem are some of the topics. I'll explore these through the chakras, meditations, prayers, and belief exploration, etc. Please take a few minutes to introduce yourself below. Consider including where you are from, share a picture of you or something that's important to you, and what you are hoping to give + receive in this community. Thank you for joining! I look forward to this journey with each and every one of you!

A Time for Gratitude
Every Thanksgiving provides us the opportunity to pause and reflect on what we're grateful for. This shouldn't be a rare practice, but I often find I only do it when I'm nudged or reminded by some external factor. Consider this your external nudge to reflect on what you're grateful for. Big and small. Take a few minutes and make a list- the people, things, situation, experiences that you are grateful for today. A few things on my list are my warm home, the availability of healthy food, my relationships, my health, my animals (the two new kitties that are an endless bundle of energy and my older, sweetheart of a dog, Zoe.) If there's a person that comes to mind that you are grateful for...take this one step further and send them a text, email, or even better, a handwritten note. Love & Light Always!

Scorpio New Moon & Sacred Self
Over the past few days and today, we’re in the energy of a ‘strong’ new moon…but that’s every new moon. This month the new moon is in Scorpio. Astrologically, Scorpio represents deep emotional intensity, transformation, and the pursuit of hidden truths. This is the kind of moon that doesn’t demand you shine. It asks you to shed. To release. To feel the cost of holding things in. Let truth lead instead of performance. If that isn’t fitting for this program and Living as the Sacred Self, I don’t know what is. So what does that look like in our day to day and how do we work with this new moon energy? First, feel: - What emotions is asking to be felt right now? - Where does it live in your body? - Can you let it move, even a little? Then, listen: - What truth is ready to be named? - What belief is keeping you small? And then, choose: - What’s one thing you’re ready to do - or say - with more courage this week? Move Forward With Clarity You may not have all the answers. Maybe you don’t feel any better than you did before you read this. But if you walk away with ONE clear next step, you’re moving forward. Trust that. Living as the Sacred Self isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering that every small, soul-aligned decision is sacred. Every time you pause, breathe, and choose your truth-that’s the work. In my experience, that’s what healing is 90% of the time. It isn’t BIG shifts forward. You’ll have months of small improvements and changes. So small that you often don’t notice them. We are often impatient with the slow progress, but when you reflect on where you were three or six months ago, you begin to see the shift. Even if you don’t feel like you’ve been doing the work. If you are still showing up here, being mindful even a little throughout your day, and making ONE small decision differently, you are making progress. If you'd like more support along your path, reach out! I am working on a program that will launch her in January.
