Every Thanksgiving provides us the opportunity to pause and reflect on what we're grateful for. This shouldn't be a rare practice, but I often find I only do it when I'm nudged or reminded by some external factor.
Consider this your external nudge to reflect on what you're grateful for. Big and small. Take a few minutes and make a list- the people, things, situation, experiences that you are grateful for today.
A few things on my list are my warm home, the availability of healthy food, my relationships, my health, my animals (the two new kitties that are an endless bundle of energy and my older, sweetheart of a dog, Zoe.)
If there's a person that comes to mind that you are grateful for...take this one step further and send them a text, email, or even better, a handwritten note.
