Letting Go of 2025
No really—pause and answer that. Every year people talk about goals. About becoming someone new. But not enough people talk about how heavy it is to drag old energy into a fresh year and pretend it’s gone just because January showed up. With 2025 being a 9 year in numerology, this isn’t really about new beginnings. It’s about endings—with a capital E. Closure, release, integration. Or as I like to call it: cleaning out the psychic junk drawer before you renovate the house. So if things feel slow, unfinished, or like you're more in “identity declutter” mode than shiny new vision board energy, nothing’s wrong with you. In fact, you're probably right on time. Here’s the vibe of a 9 year:Think closure.Wrapping things up.Clearing clutter—physically, emotionally, even spiritually. Finally letting go of roles or projects that don’t fit anymore.Finishing what’s been hanging in the background so you can actually start clean next cycle. You’re not behind. You just might be in the work of completion, not creation. If you want to use this last stretch of the year with intention, ask: - Is this habit or belief still helping me? - Does this project, commitment, or relationship fit who I’m becoming? - What am I tired of holding—even if I’ve learned how to carry it? And if you need a baby step, start small. One drawer. One email folder. One story you’re done repeating. One thing off your list from 2025 that’s still trying to get your attention. Here’s how I’m handling this season — because I’m not above needing structure either: I’m in this 4-week New Year Portal with a psychic medium, where we’re literally reviewing what comes with me… and what needs to be finished, for real. It’s been part soul work, part energetic sweep. I’m also letting my guides show me which projects need to end gently, and which ones just need more courage. Oh, and Ben Carroll’s healing music is basically the background soundtrack of my nervous system right now. Strongly recommend. HOPE: The Frequency of Sacred Possibility
There's always that one person who seems unshakably bright. The friend who believes things just work out. We tend to side-eye people like that, unless we understand the frequency underneath it. The frequency of hope, or energetic trust. Trust that the universe has our back. That there is such a thing as Divine timing; the idea that if you can imagine it, it is already available to you. All you have to do is shift to the vibration, aka timeline, where you already live the life you imagine. Hope isn't a mood, it's a muscle. It isn't optimism. It's nervous system trust. It's the felt, steady shift from collapse to curiousity. From "it'll never happen" to "what if there's another way?" It's a muscle we strengthen by choosing presence over panic. Every time you stay with your heart instead of shutting down? That's hope. When you take a step towards your dream despite the fear? That's hope. So how do you strengthen that muscle? First, you have to recognize where you are allowing hopelessness, or a non-vibrational match emotion to run the show. You need to connect with the hopelessness, not just in the mind, but in the body as well. When you understand the hopelessness, you can transmute it and shift towards the vibration of hope. Let's look at the mind first. Our logical mind will dismiss or reinforce hopelessness by looking for evidence based on what you focus on. Focus on the impossibility of something? Your mind is going to see all the signs to reinforce that belief. In psychology, this is what they call the confirmation bias. The trick here is to 'flip the script' or 'reframe.' Begin to look for evidence that it is possible. When you have a thought that reinforces hopelessness, consider asking the following questions: - Is this though true? How do I know? - Is there any evidence to challenge that this thought is true? - What would be possible if this weren't true? - Then reframe the thought into something possible. - Or use a phrase taught to me by one of my healers, "Cancel, delete." This phrase tells the universe to take whatever thought you just had and erase it from your mind and energy field. Thus removing the low frequency of the thought from your space.

Face Your Fears: A Practice for Freedom
Last night, I was reminded how powerful fear is. (Don’t worry—everyone is safe.) But witnessing someone I care about get completely overcome by fear cracked something open for me. Their thoughts were swirling, their heart closed, the panic was palpable. And yet... I remained calm. I stayed open. Held compassion without collapsing. I didn’t absorb their fear as mine. And for anyone on the fear-to-love journey, you get it — that moment was a testament to how far I've come. Let me be clear: I still experience fear. This isn't about arriving at some enlightened finish line. But through years of doing the work, getting intimate with my fears instead of hiding from them, I’ve learned how to recognize fear when it shows up and respond with love instead of reactivity. This work isn’t quick or pretty or predictable. But it is the gateway to a whole new world. Because once you stop letting fear dictate your life, you tap into every possibility that fear was keeping you from. More fulfilling relationships. More aligned opportunities. Joy that comes from trying the thing you’ve been avoiding just because it’s “scary.” A Practice to Clear Fear's Grip: Let’s get real with a small but mighty first step. Grab a journal or your notes app, take a breath, and try this: - Ask yourself, “What is one small thing I’ve always wanted to do and haven’t yet?” - Now ask, “What’s stopping me from taking the first step?” Write down the first thing that comes to mind — no censoring, no overthinking. Maybe it sounds like: “I don’t want to fail.” “I’m scared they won’t like me.” “I’m not ready.” That right there is the fear. Now let's go a layer deeper: - Get curious, not criticalWhere did that fear come from?Who taught you this? What moment planted that seed? Were you judged for messing up? Told love was earned by being perfect? - Now bring it to the presentIs that belief still true today? What’s the actual risk here? And here’s the truth: even if the scary thing did happen,You’d handle it. You always have.
