HOPE: The Frequency of Sacred Possibility
There's always that one person who seems unshakably bright. The friend who believes things just work out. We tend to side-eye people like that, unless we understand the frequency underneath it. The frequency of hope, or energetic trust.
Trust that the universe has our back. That there is such a thing as Divine timing; the idea that if you can imagine it, it is already available to you. All you have to do is shift to the vibration, aka timeline, where you already live the life you imagine.
Hope isn't a mood, it's a muscle. It isn't optimism. It's nervous system trust.
It's the felt, steady shift from collapse to curiousity. From "it'll never happen" to "what if there's another way?"
It's a muscle we strengthen by choosing presence over panic. Every time you stay with your heart instead of shutting down? That's hope.
When you take a step towards your dream despite the fear? That's hope.
So how do you strengthen that muscle? First, you have to recognize where you are allowing hopelessness, or a non-vibrational match emotion to run the show. You need to connect with the hopelessness, not just in the mind, but in the body as well. When you understand the hopelessness, you can transmute it and shift towards the vibration of hope.
Let's look at the mind first. Our logical mind will dismiss or reinforce hopelessness by looking for evidence based on what you focus on. Focus on the impossibility of something? Your mind is going to see all the signs to reinforce that belief. In psychology, this is what they call the confirmation bias. The trick here is to 'flip the script' or 'reframe.' Begin to look for evidence that it is possible.
When you have a thought that reinforces hopelessness, consider asking the following questions:
  • Is this though true? How do I know?
  • Is there any evidence to challenge that this thought is true?
  • What would be possible if this weren't true?
  • Then reframe the thought into something possible.
  • Or use a phrase taught to me by one of my healers, "Cancel, delete." This phrase tells the universe to take whatever thought you just had and erase it from your mind and energy field. Thus removing the low frequency of the thought from your space.
Next, when you feel like someting is hopeless-
Where do you feel it in your body?
Can you name the emotion?
The phsyical sensations that accompany the emotion?
Maybe it's a tightness in the chest. A pit in the stomach. A heaviness in the limbs. Or that hollow feeling that makes it hard to move at al.
Pause here.
No fixing. Just noticing.
Hopelessness, in its raw form, is usually trying to keep us SAFE. It shows up to say:
"Don't get your hopes up. Don't risk disappointment. Stay small. Stay still."
But what it really wants is assurance.
What it really needs is presence.
That's why we don't bypass it-we alchemize it.
So instead of pushing the emotion down or spiraling out in it, try meeting it with curiousity. Place your hand where you feel it most. Breathe into that space. Ask:
  • "What are you here to protect me from?"
  • "What do you need to feel safe, seen, or supported right now?"
You're not waiting to feel ready. You're practicing trust in the moment.
This week, open where you once closed. Hope doesn't fix circumstances. It shifts energy inside them.

You're not asking for guarantees. You're choosing to stay open to magic, even with trembling hands.
