✅ Integration Logs: Proof Format + 72HR Rules
Integration Logs are for proof. Not processing. Not identity. Not story. ✅ How to post (title format): Use: [Track] — [Day] Examples: ✅ 72HR — Day 1 ✅ 72HR — Day 2 ✅ 72HR — Day 3 ✅ Proof template (copy/paste): Track/Day: ___ Action done (Y/N): Proof: (screenshot/photo/clear evidence) Old excuse interrupted: ___ What I did instead (1 line): ___ ⛔ 72-Hour Action Lock rules: ✅ One action/day (≤20 min) ✅ Proof required ❌ No planning as substitute ❌ No doubling up ⚠️ Miss a day = restart Day 1 → After Day 3 → Retake the Responsibility Diagnostic. Behaviour updates placement. Nothing else does.

⚠️ Integration Log — Rest Guilt
1. Where did you deny rest today because you didn’t feel it was “earned”? 2. What story did you use to justify it? (Be specific.) → Maintenance rule (write one): “This week, I will treat rest as _______ (maintenance), not _______ (reward).” Then post one proof action you’ll take in the next 24 hours (example: “20 minutes offline, no earning first”).

📌 INTEGRATION LOG — REQUIRED FORMAT
This space exists to track real change, not insight. Use this format every time you post an Integration Log. Short. Clear. Honest. 👀 1. What I noticed... A pattern, reaction, belief, or behaviour that became visible. No backstory. 🛠️ 2. What I changed... One specific action, boundary, or decision you made. Not what you planned. What you actually did. 🔍 3. What happened... What shifted as a result (internally or externally). This can be subtle. It still counts. ⛔ Notes: - ❌ This is not a journal - ❌ This is not for advice-seeking - ✅ Progress > perfection If nothing changed yet, wait until it does before posting. This log exists to build evidence, not motivation. 🧱 Why this matters: Insight fades. Evidence trains the nervous system. This is how awareness becomes integrated.
