In this Sangha Breath Sesh, we introduced the 10-Day Sadhana Challenge.
The three key guiding themes to hold on to in order to experience maximum benefit from the challenge are;
🔎Curiousity - flow over force, give yourself the grace to witness the experience unfold.
🔥Resolve - retain a firm commitment to be 'all-in' for this next challenge.
🏳️Surrender - commit completely to your Sadhana, allow it to become your anchor.

- Resolve burns intensely within me to prioritize my Sadhana
- Surrender allows me to submit completely to my Sadhana
