Our new format will be back to basics - simplified to increase the impact and make for a structure that will keep us accountable without being overwhelming.
The focus will be the breath (both pranayama and contemporary breathwork), while also weaving in:
• Gratitude
• Sankalpa (solemn resolve)
• Journaling
• Meditation
• Movement
