Serving with excellence is a form of worship. There is nobility in doing even ordinary work with extraordinary faithfulness.
The Lord was with Joseph… and made all he did prosper.” (Genesis 39:2–3)
He didn’t wait for a perfect job to give perfect effort. His faithfulness in small things opened doors to lead a nation.
• Continuously improve your skills and expertise.
• Provide excellent customer service—people notice quality.
• Develop a strong work ethic, knowing your efforts are seen by God.
Whatever role you’re in—therapist, manager, cleaner, leader—bring your best. Excellence is noticed by people, but it’s rewarded by God, in this life or the next.
