Share a recent win 🏆
The first week of December is coming to a close. Share a win you experienced this week. The practice of sharing wins and thinking about wins throughout your week is one of the best things you can do to continue to keep a positive mindset. When we don’t take time to write down or share wins, we forget about all the small actions we took, and we started getting down on ourselves. This Friday check-in helps combat that
@Michael Ortiz awesome, congrats!
My win is that my month of December is booked so I’ll be waitlisting any new clients for cancellations.
Uplevel your service
What have you done or thought about doing, that would create a better experience for your customers or add value in someway either free or paid? Let’s collaborate on things that improve our service, or improve our revenue while serving the client better.

Something I’ve done is add a weighted eye mask for when they’re face up- I use Nod Pod brand and wrap it in a disposable face cloth. Something I’m going to do is add hot towels.

@Michael Ortiz no but if you wanted to do that I have these amazing disposable heated eyemasks that you could do that on. Nodpod: https://amzn.to/4ogHdic Disposables: https://amzn.to/4puJcQM
Client upgrade
I was able to upgrade a client from a 3 hour package to a 6 hour package simply by asking. He’s been on a 3 hour package coming once a week or once every 2 weeks for a few months and his package ended on Thursday. When he was checking out I just asked him “do you want to stay on the 3 hour package or would you like to do 6” he said he didn’t care and then said “yeah I can do 6” boom. Done. 😂 The lesson: just ask. The worst they can say is no.

@Michael Ortiz yes! And I don’t even have a 6 hour package lol. But I had the idea to offer it to him, pulled out a calculator, and told him the pricing.
A Client Passed Away
I had a client of mine pass away today. To be honest this isn’t something I deal with very often. Of course I will send a card to her husband and her son. Has this ever happened to you? What did you do? Did you reach out to the family? Did you attend the funeral?

I’m so sorry to hear that your client passed away. It happened to me once, but I hadn’t seen them in a few months and wasn’t in a good headspace mentally for me to attend the funeral so I didn’t go. In my opinion, funerals are a chance to say goodbye to the deceased and to show support to the family. I think it’s nice to go if you had a close relationship with the client and want to offer your condolences to the family.
Black Friday Community Help
Was Black Friday we want to encourage gifts being bought. We want to encourage new clients coming in. That’s the main priority of Friday. It’s not just running a deal. It’s getting new clients in the door. That’s what makes these sales worth it.. Again, we don’t just want to be running specials and only our current Clients buy them and then we just made way less money over the holidays than we normally do. So what ideas can we come up with? That would do just that poster ideas in the comments let’s hope each other out!!

Two Black Friday ideas: 1. For every gift card purchased on Black Friday enter the buyer into a raffle to win a bigger prize. For example, Buy a gift card on Black Friday and you could win a Free 90-minute massage.” 1. I saw an idea to do a social media giveaway the week of and announce the winner on Black Friday. For example, a social media post with a call to action “tag a friend who deserves some self-care! One lucky winner will get a $50 gift card” Announce the winner on Black Friday.

My Black Friday offer started November 1st and since then I have sent 2 email newsletters with details, done 1 Instagram post and 2 instagram stories and have been telling clients about the offer in person and via text. 2 things I’ve noticed: 1. People tell me they read the newsletter and then are surprised by the Black Friday Deal when I tell them. Just a reminder that everyone is busy and skims but doesn’t necessarily retain information 2. Promoting something like this always takes way more time and effort than I think it will.
