So glad you're here! If you're in this community, you're probably a lot like me. Over 40, you've done the work in other areas of life, but somewhere along the way your body stopped cooperating. Maybe your energy tanked. Maybe the weight crept on and nothing you used to do works anymore. Maybe you're just tired of feeling like a downgraded version of yourself. That was me. I lost 55 lbs after 40 using three levers: GLP-1s, TRT, and consistent resistance training. Not one of those alone. All three, working together. That's the Triple Reset.
