I’ve just released a brand new Virtual Pad Man course for our community. This is designed for those times when you don’t have a training partner to hold pads, or when you want to add an extra boxing-style workout to your routine.
You’ll be guided through realistic pad combinations, pace changes and conditioning rounds – all solo, but with the feel of a real pad session.
This is the first version I’ve ever created, so I’d really appreciate your honest feedback:
