I’m putting this out there publicly.
I want to get in better shape for summer.
Stronger. Leaner. Sharper.
Not extreme. Not crash dieting.
Just consistent training, better habits, and discipline.
Who wants to join me?
Instead of doing this alone, we build momentum together. We keep each other accountable. We set weekly challenges. We push through the tough days as a tribe.
Here’s what I’m thinking:
• 3–4 focused training sessions per week
• Daily movement (even if it’s just 20 minutes)
• Clean up nutrition (no perfection required)
• Weekly check-in post
• Simple physical challenge each week
• Honest updates — wins and struggles
