I have been working on a couple of things behind the scenes. I now have a youth speaker school for children between the ages of 9 and 19 as well as an Executive Presence Speaking School. What I have come to notice in my entrepreneurial journey is that you really need to have a skill set to be able to speak, to sell, to have the hard conversations, to take care of yourself and to manage your time. I've framed them in a way that it is going to help support you in every aspect of your life to be that executive presence.
