In this season where many things come to a close and new things get started, I want to take the time to wish you a Merry Christmas. And if you don't celebrate, I hope this is a time for you to rest, recalibrate, recharge. As I host a family member during this holiday season, I am intentional in ensuring that I prioritise quality time with my family, in counting my blessings, as well as in taking a well-deserved break from working at all. Because I believe more than ever that a break important - no matter what others may say! In the busyness of life and as we are aging, getting our mind and body to rest is no luxury. It's a necessity. So, from all my heart dear mamas, may this Christmas remind you that you are worthy of love, you are worthy of self care, and worthy of support (however it looks like for you).
