Help
Coach I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I lift heavy in compound lifts, I do sprint related plyos, and I do sprints. They are all the 90%+ effort but my start it butt cheeks. I will list my current stats right now.
6'1 210lbs
Squat: 455lbs
deadlift: 500bs
power clean: 245lbs
vert: 29-30
10 yard: 1.9
20 yard: 2.9
I have the strength but I think my power isn't up to par with my strength, which is dd because I do plyos consistently. I also need to work on switch speed to I assume. But please coach help me out practice start is 2 weeks and I he shoes to fill as our sprinter last ar ran 10.81 in the 100m
