Ankle Stiffness at maximum velocity
How do I improve ankle stiffness at maximum velocity because I have an RSI (When doing pogos) of 3.63, can squat 2x my bodyweight, but have a flying 10m of only around 1.08. WHen sprinting I think I have good leg stiffness but my ankle stiffness is lacking.
