What’s helping me after struggling with procrastination and burn out
I’ve always found that how I show up in the mornings, usually sets the tone for the entire day.
For me, I’ve been struggling recently with a little burn out and procrastination from working at home all the time on my own.
So, something that’s helped me so much is using the first 20-30 minutes of my morning to get myself outside, get my mind working on ideas and taking it a little slower before an intense day.
This little change has helped get me out the house and feel so much more inspired. So although, going on a walk and being in nature might not sound “productive” - it can actually be the most important thing you do today as it can inspire ideas and thoughts that can boost your entire mood!
Remember, it’s a marathon not a sprint - learn to rest, not to quit!
